The Kaiser Diet

The Kaiser Diet(aka The Clevelands Diet) is a 3-day diet that is proven for a quick weight loss.The calorie is a low-calorie diet that consists of 600-1,100 calories per day.  If the diet is followed correctly the food that is ingested causes a chemical breakdown resulting in losing weight.

I've tried this diet in the past and was proven that it worked.  However I want to point out that I was dissapointmented. I didn't lose 10 pounds in the first 3 days of my diet but I lost 5 pounds the first try.  Hey, 5 lbs count!  After the 3-day plan was over I took a break for at least a week and maintained a healthy diet.  No soda, no fried foods, more lean meat, more vegetables and fruit.  I continued the  Kaiser diet again and lost a total of 10 pounds within that month.  10 pounds is a lot in my perspective! I continued to workout religously until I got pregnant and gained the weight back. :) 

The first day will be a challenge but with motivation and self control you CAN complete the 3-day program.  Take control and remember it is only three days! You can do it. Here's to looking fit and fab!

Before starting any diet plan it is best to consult your physician first.

DAY ONE:
Breakfast:
1/2 Grapefuit or Juice
1 Slice of Toast
1 tbsp. Peanut Butter
 Black Coffee or Tea

Lunch:
1/2 cup Tuna
1 Slice Toast
Black Coffee or Tea

Dinner:
2 Slices (3 oz.) of any Meat
1 cup String Beans
1 cup Carrots or Beets
1 small Apple
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

DAY TWO:
Breakfast:1 hard-boiled Egg
1 Slice of Toast
1/2 Banana
Black Coffee or Tea

Lunch:
1 cup Cottage Cheese or: 1/2 cup Tuna
5 Saltine Crackers

Dinner:
2 hotdogs
1 cup Cabbage or Broccoli
1/2 cup Carrots or Turnip Greens
1/2 Banana
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

DAY THREE
Breakfast:
1 hard-boiled Egg
1 Slice Toast
Black Coffee or Tea

Lunch:
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
5 Saltine Crackers
1 small Apple
Black Coffee or Tea

Dinner:
1 cup Tuna
1 cup Carrots or Beets
1 cup Green Beans or Cauliflower
1 cup Cantaloupe or 1 small Apple
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

* This diet works as a chemical breakdown and is proven to work

DO NOT VARY AMOUNTS

OR MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO THE DIET MENU!

* You are allowed diet soda or tea with sweetener on this diet.

* Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasoning.

* Use this diet for 3 consecutive days each week.

* After 3 days of dieting, you can eat your usual food, but Do Not OVER Eat!!!

* After 4 days of normal eating, start back on your 3 day diet.

* Don’t change the rules!
